Central Oregon ChapterHistory 
The Central Oregon Chapter was started in 2003 by "Ten Dollar" Dave Kidgell who had formed motorcycle ministries
in Southern Oregon before he moving to Central Oregon. He was sent a DVD from Marty "Slowdog" Edwards and the
